Refund policy
Items purchased from our online shop, with the exclusion of download and digital items, can be returned within 10 days of purchase. The item(s) must be undamaged and in the original packaging for a full return. Opened items or damaged packaging will not be considered in an acceptable condition for a return. If the item(s) was received damaged, then you will need to file a claim with the delivery service used to ship the item(s).
If you purchased an item from my online shop or at an in-person event and would like to make an exchange, please email hello@lisaburford.com and return the item within 30 days of purchase. Items found defective, with missing parts, or incomplete in any way are considered justified reasons for an exchange. Items damaged by shipping require claims to be filed with the delivery service used to ship the item(s). Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are required to be paid by the purchaser of the item(s).
Due to the nature of their format, digital downloads and other digital items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
